Independent e-bike matching

The e-bike that fits your life.
Not just a spec sheet.

Tell us how you actually plan to ride. We turn your height, hills, cargo, storage, budget, and priorities into a shortlist you can understand.

Clear reasons.
Honest tradeoffs.

Every result shows why it fits, where it compromises, and what still needs to be confirmed.

What do these catalog counts mean?

871 is the combined catalog after exact aliases are joined, including discovery records. 197 detailed records have “recommendation-ready” research status. The questionnaire scores 366 supported detailed records, including records still needing verification. A research status is not a guarantee that a bike passes your personal requirements.

A smarter starting point

You describe the ride.
We translate the specs.

You do not need to know whether you want 85 Nm, a 733 Wh battery, or a torque sensor. We ask about your life and interpret those numbers for you.

01

Tell us how you ride

Commute, errands, recreation, passengers, travel, rough roads, or genuine mountain-bike trails.

02

Set the non-negotiables

Fit, load, price, lifting, storage, transport, range reserve, and legal class come before preferences.

03

See the evidence

Get ranked eligible bikes, plain-English reasons, honest tradeoffs, and links back to the manufacturer.

Designed around real constraints

A great bike on paper can still be the wrong bike for you.

We separate requirements from preferences so an 80-pound cargo bike does not “win” for someone carrying it upstairs, and a fast commuter does not get recommended for legal Class 1 trail use.

See exactly how matching works
Will it fit you?Published rider-height range
Can you move it?Complete weight and lift limit
Can it carry the load?Payload, rack, and passenger rating
Can it make the trip?Distance plus planning reserve
Does it respect the budget?Current listed price, not MSRP theater
Is it meant for the route?Surface, hills, and Class 1 trail access

Manufacturer specs, linked

Each bike page identifies the official U.S. product page, image source, price-check date, and fields the manufacturer does not clearly publish.

Unknown means unknown

We do not invent missing weight, payload, fit, or range numbers. Uncertainty lowers confidence or keeps a bike out when a requirement cannot be confirmed.

Eligibility before popularity

A bike cannot buy its way around fit, safety, or practical constraints. Sponsored placement is never part of a match score.
