These terms explain what ERideMatch provides, what it does not provide, and your responsibilities when using the site.

Using ERideMatch

By using ERideMatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use the site for personal, lawful e-bike research and comparison.

Information, not a guarantee

ERideMatch provides educational information, comparison tools, calculations, and questionnaire results. It does not sell e-bikes and does not guarantee that a bike is appropriate, available, legal, safe, or accurately described by a manufacturer or seller. Confirm the exact model, configuration, specifications, price, warranty, availability, and intended use before purchasing or riding.

Safety and local rules

You are responsible for safe operation and for following applicable laws, trail rules, age requirements, registration requirements, and equipment restrictions. Classification and access rules can vary by location and can change. ERideMatch is not a substitute for legal, mechanical, medical, or professional safety advice.

Third-party and affiliate links

Links may lead to independent manufacturers, retailers, or other third parties. ERideMatch does not control their websites, inventory, prices, policies, products, or services. Some clearly disclosed links may earn ERideMatch a commission without increasing your price. Commercial relationships do not change questionnaire scores or editorial conclusions.

Catalog accuracy

We work to use current, attributable information, but specifications and product pages can change and some facts may be incomplete. Unknown information remains unknown until it can be checked. Please report possible errors through the Corrections page.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy substantial portions of the catalog for resale, or use ERideMatch in a way that violates another party’s rights or applicable law.

Ownership

ERideMatch’s original design, writing, matching logic, and organization are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, images, and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and research.

Availability and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERideMatch disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on site information or third-party products and services.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms as ERideMatch develops. The effective date above will change when these terms are materially revised.
